5v5 Mid Twitch Build.


Vampiric Sceptre.
Boots of Mobility.
Sword of the Occult.
Guinsoo's Rageblade.
Last Whisper.
Bloodthirster.


Guinsoo's is great because it will stack with your Deadly Venom, causing your expunge to hit 150~ more damage, and you will be able to get kills on those cocky Ryze's, Nidalee's, and Zilean's, as they will not see a nuke coming.

What, no runes or masteries??? Man, make those builds right, then i'll consider trying them out :P

You don't need anything like that for this build to work, but I recommend that you play safe and avoid damage until level 2, with expunge you will pwn the other mid for first blood. I recommend getting 1 ambush, 1 expunge, and 1 debilitating poison. Then prioritize expunge and get ult when possible. I have never lost with this build.
